Please read these Terms carefully before using Final Front Marketing.
It is up to you to listen to the advice given to you by your dedicated social media manager(s). By using Final Front Marketing, you agree that you will listen and follow the advice of our/your advisers and/or social media managers.

Final Front Marketing is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to.

We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We will not be liable for any consequences imposed by Instagram due to your aggressive marketing preferences.

We require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Instagram, and connect you with our API and account managers. We don't store, give away, or otherwise distribute your password to any third parties.

The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality of your content.

We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can't protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It's not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services. You can deter spam by setting your account to private, however we can never guarantee your immunity to spam due to the fact that you will be connecting and interacting with thousands of accounts.

We can't guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free service by Final Front Marketing.

Before you make a purchase decision you are advised to utilize our free 7 day trial.

You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or any other avenue.

Time is counting down only when your Service is started.

We can refund your money for an unused or otherwise inactive campaign. But we do not offer full refunds if a campaign has been fully active for your full or partial billing period.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

Final Front Marketing does not tolerate spam activity. If you are using spammy usernames or creating multiple new accounts to continue to use the 7-day free trial without ever buying time, or other spam-like activity, you will be banned from using the services of Final Front Marketing.
